Another Zoosk success story here to brighten your day. Congratulations to Michael and Karen, from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, for falling in love on Zoosk! Michael writes to tell us:

I never had a lot of faith in dating sights until I meet Karen. I joined Zoosk for a short period and my membership was to expire on July 14 2010. Luckily I received a friend request on July 9 2010 from Karen! We chatted for a short while and exchanged phone numbers. After talking on the phone we decided to meet. Our eyes met and it was instant attraction on both sides. There is someone out there for everybody, and I have finally found mine. Each time I see her, the feelings get stronger. I see a bright future for us. Wishing all of the Zoosk community the same luck that Karen and I have found.

Sigh. Oh l’amour, which is blossoming on Zoosk this summer like so many seasonal flowers… anyway, enough bad poetry from us. Let’s all wish these two lovebirds all the best!

Congratulations to Huei-Yi and Zach from Texas, a newly-engaged couple who found love on Zoosk! Here’s what Huei-Yi has to say about meeting Zach:

I met my fiancee Zach on Zoosk. I decided to take a chance and give him a call to see if he wanted to go out. He knocked on my door, and When I saw him standing there in his leather jacket and motorcycle gear, my heart skipped a beat, and I had really felt I had just stepped into a movie! He started taking me motorcycle riding, and ended up buying me a motorcycle helmet, and each time we went riding, I had so much fun! I felt so free, alive, and so adventurous all at the same time.

Zach also has a 16 year old son, and also has a dog named Randy. As time went by, both of them stole my heart too, and I came to love them as well. As my feelings for Zach grew stronger, the next thing I knew, we were picking out an engagement ring for me! I was proposed to in his kitchen on April 17th, 2010 while we were talking, and he had stopped me from talking in mid-sentence, and got down on both of his knees in his kitchen and asked me to marry him, and of course I said yes! I am living proof that true love does happen to those who are patient for it and that do believe that it will happen to them! I had prayed for eight years for someone like him to come into my life. I had survived an abusive marriage and was single for a very very long time. Had I not tried Zoosk, I never would have found Zach. So on that note, thank you Zoosk!

Congrats to Anna and Gary from Northamptonshire, Great Britain, on their upcoming marriage! They met on Zoosk last November, and this June, Gary popped the question. Anna writes:

Gary and I met for the first time through Zoosk on 27th November 2009. Since then we have had a wonderful relationship and on 26th June this year, Gary asked me to marry him. Today we went and set our wedding date for 18th November 2011! We thank Zoosk everyday for giving us the opportunity to meet and wonder where we would be now if we had never met.

Another Zoosk couple is married! Congratulations to Jay and Pamela from Ontario, Canada. They met on Zoosk 2 years ago, got engaged last April, and were happily married in May of this year. Here’s what Jay has to say about meeting Pam on Zoosk:

My name is Jay and I live in Markham, Ontario, Canada.  My wife is Pamela.  I messaged Pam first on Zoosk (through Facebook) in February 2008.  After weeks of emails and getting to know each other we met at a cafe halfway between our houses.  We continued to see each other and in April 2009 we got engaged in London, England!  We were engaged for just over a year and recently got married on May 1 2010!  Zoosk was a terrific experience for us and we’d definitely recommend it to any single friends!

Hi my name is Fayte Civil. I signed up with Zoosk in February 2010. No more than a week later I had met someone. His name is Jason. We had some drinks, played some pool and ended our night at the Hardrock in Tampa. He’s the sweetest guy anyone could ever know. By March we were a couple and have been since. He is just what I was looking for. We have so much in common, and even if it doesn’t work out in the future, I am grateful to ever have known him! Thank you Zoosk!!
