Zoosk Couple: Dottie and Eric

Congrats to Zoosk couple Dottie and Eric on their marriage! The couple met on Zoosk earlier this year and just celebrated a wedding! Dottie shares with us:

“Dear Zoosk,

Eric and I met on Zoosk in February 2012. We communicated on Zoosk, and then via text and phone calls for about a month before actually meeting. We met on March 17, 2012 for our first date:  to Saturday evening church and dinner! By the third date:  music and dancing at home, we knew we were in love! We took a pre-wedding honeymoon trip to Puerto Rico in July 2012 and were married September 2, 2012…five months and 16 days after meeting on Zoosk! I love this man and am absolutely confident he loves me! Attached is an ‘unofficial’ wedding photo, sent to me by a friend, from her cell phone.  Official wedding photos should be ready this week.”

Zoosk Success Story: Jennifer and Allan from the UK

Congrats to Jennifer and Allan from the UK on their Zoosk success story! We congratulate them warmly on their upcoming marriage and are thrilled that they met while using Zoosk. Jennifer wrote us to share her story:

“I wanted to email to say thanks to your Facebook app! About 5 years ago I started using the app, having tried and failed with a couple of other dating agencies. I met up with Allan after a couple of months of being registered and having chatted to 2/3 other people. We chatted online for about 2-3 weeks then decided to meet up in a local pub – both of us were looking for friendship initially but potentially more. Date number one was a massive success – we just didn’t stop talking all night and had so much in common! 4 years on and we have just got engaged (on the anniversary of date number 1) and plan to marry in 2013! Neither of us expected it from that initial meeting but here we are and all thanks to the Zoosk website/app – proof that online dating can and does work!” –Jennifer and Allan from the United Kingdom

Many congratulations to newlyweds Estelle and Freddie Els from the United Kingdom! They tied the knot earlier this year after meeting and falling in love on Zoosk. Their story, in Estelle’s words:

Hi there! We just want to thank you. Our story: I met my husband on Zoosk in April 2010. We went to Thailand in Oct 2010 for holiday. On the 13th Oct 2010 he went down on his knee in the hotel room and ask me to marry him! I said YES !!! The wedding was on the 14 July 2012 and it was wonderful!!!!

“We met on Zoosk.  He was quite a character and at first I told him we wouldn’t get along because I didn’t particularly care for competitive men. He is an ex race car driver,  go karts, superbikes, baseball coach, etc.  Turns out he is kind, compassionate, loyal and very loving.  I’m so happy we decided to meet.  The day we met we were lying in the grass talking and getting to know each other under a beautiful tree covered in pink blossoms.  A slight wind picked up and the tree dropped a beautiful cascade of thousands of pink flowers all over us. That was only the first sign that we were meant to be together. Every day we’re together, there is a new sign more special than the last that is guiding us to be together. We met March 24, 2011 and we got engaged Sept. 24, 2011. We’re getting married Nov. 24, 2012. Our relationship has moved fast, but finding love online isn’t what we intended. We were just looking at who was out there and things just sparked immediately. I love and trust my fiancé more than anyone. We have been through some very trying times in our lives from deaths in his family to losing my job. We stand strong together. Thank you again Zoosk!
